OUR CLASSES

Brazilian Jiu Jitsu (BJJ)

We teach BJJ with a focus on solid fundamentals, live application, and personal progress—no egos. Whether you’re just starting or already rolling regularly, you’ll find a class that helps you sharpen your ground game. We train in both Gi and No-Gi and maintain a calm, focused atmosphere where everyone works hard and supports each other.

Muay Thai

Our Muay Thai program teaches authentic striking built on structure, balance, and repetition. From day one, you'll work on effective technique—kicks, knees, elbows, and clinch positioning—at your own pace. It’s a great choice whether you want to get sharp, get fit, or test yourself in the ring down the line.

Mixed Martial Arts MMA

These sessions bring together striking, takedowns, and ground control in a well-rounded format. Everything is taught with clarity and purpose, so whether you're brand new or have some experience, you’ll understand how the skills connect. Submission Wrestling (No-Gi Grappling)

Our No-Gi classes are fast, technical, and built for real progression. You’ll work on takedowns, positioning, control, and submissions with focused coaching. Kickboxing
