Trial sessions must be requested via the online form
Trials are subject to availability and approval by staff
One trial per person unless otherwise agreed
Primal Combat Academy reserves the right to reschedule or deny trials
3. Party Enquiries
Party enquiries are not confirmed bookings
Bookings are confirmed only upon agreement of a date and terms
We may reschedule parties in exceptional circumstances (e.g. instructor availability)
4. Conduct & Behaviour
We maintain a respectful, safe training environment. Disruptive, dangerous, or disrespectful behaviour may result in removal from class or the premises without refund.
5. Assumption of Risk
Martial arts and combat sports involve physical contact and exertion. By attending any session or party, you agree to participate voluntarily and accept associated physical risks.
6. Photography & Media
Photos or video may be taken during classes, parties, or events and used for social media or marketing. If you prefer not to appear in this content, please inform us in writing before attending.
7. Class Schedule & Changes
We reserve the right to change class times, instructors, or availability at any time. We will provide notice where possible, but changes may occur without warning.
8. Intellectual Property
All website content (text, images, videos, branding) is owned by Primal Combat Academy and may not be copied or reused without permission.
9. Limitation of Liability
We do our best to keep information accurate and the site functioning smoothly. However, we are not liable for:
